This policy applies to pages on v2ray-all.com and the download links provided on the site. The V2Ray Open Source Community provides client information and configuration guides. Visiting this site and using a client involve different data processing. This policy does not cover how clients, subscription services, or download sources handle data.
1. Data We Collect
This is a static content website. It does not offer account registration or email collection forms. You can read the documentation and choose a download link without providing your name, phone number, or other identifying information. Do not include sensitive information such as subscription URLs or passwords in page addresses, search parameters, or other publicly shareable locations.
When you visit a page, the infrastructure that serves this website may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, page path, browser type, and response status. This information helps deliver content, troubleshoot access errors, and prevent abusive requests. The site does not need to read client configurations or access node credentials or files on your device.
2. How We Use Traffic Analytics
We use traffic analytics to understand how visitors read pages, where visits come from, and how they interact with download platform options. For example, when you select a platform on the download page, analytics may record the platform name to help us assess whether the download options are easy to find. It does not track connection activity within a client.

A recorded click on a download link only indicates a page interaction; it does not confirm that a file was downloaded or software installed.

When you visit a remote source, it may receive your IP address, request time, browser information, and referrer information sent under your browser’s policy. Its own privacy policy applies to its data handling. A link on this site does not mean we can control the other party’s logs, retention periods, or subsequent changes. For network requests, subscription updates, and connection records generated after you install a client, refer to the documentation for the relevant software and service.
5. Privacy Controls and Policy Updates
You can stop visiting this site or use your browser to restrict cookies, clear site data, and adjust referrer and script permissions. Settings may have different names in different browsers. Do not publicly share complete subscription URLs or access credentials when asking for help.
If there are material changes to analytics, storage, or download delivery, we will update this page and revise the last-updated month at the top. We do not retain registration email addresses, so we will not notify users of policy changes by email. The revised policy applies to data processing from the date of the change and does not automatically apply new purposes retroactively to previously collected data.
